Smoked Salmon Spread

After years of prying we’ve finally gotten the Thain’s to cough up the secret recipe for their famous smoked salmon spread. Our guests that fish aboard the Makai in Craig, captained by Troy Thain, rave about this spread and I can attest to it’s goodness.

Mix together:

1 pint jar of Half Smoked Salmon
1 brick of cream cheese
1 dollop of sour cream
Hot Sauce to taste
½ cup of scallion greens or chives

Serve with Crackers
